My nutrition journey began when I was 18 years old and knew that I wanted to spend this lifetime making an impact by helping others. The psychology behind choosing the foods we eat combined with the science of nutrition has helped me make strides in my personal journey. Once I completed my BSc in Nutrition with a minor in food science management, I knew this was the right path for me. I went on to complete a program detailing the advances in nutrition at Stanford Medical School, I then followed it with a program at Harvard Medical School which taught me how to design sustainable nutrition plans. I completed my academic journey by becoming a certified international health coach which has broadened my accumulated knowledge in all the ways and techniques I could use in my practice.
I am committed to provide personalized guidance and support to empower my clients to make sustainable changes to their dietary habits and achieve their health and wellness goals. My approach combines scientific knowledge with coaching skills to foster long-term behavior change and promote overall well-being.
My areas of expertise include stress management, cultivating self love and acceptance, nutrition education, balanced eating and tailoring nutrition needs.
